Welcome to Layang Point of Sales (“Layang POS”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the platform, services, and products provided by PT Mengejar Mimpi Tinggi (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Our liability to you in any case will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the previous 12-month period.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Indonesia.
11. Refund Policy
11.1 Subscription Refunds
We offer the following refund options for subscription services:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if they are not satisfied with our Services.
- Pro-rated Refunds: For annual subscription plans, we may offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the service if canceled mid-term, at our discretion.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable once the payment period has begun, but can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.
11.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that significantly impair service functionality that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
- Incorrect charges or billing errors.
- Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our system failures.
Refunds are generally not issued for:
- Change of mind after the 14-day period.
- Lack of features that were not advertised or promised.
- Misunderstanding of service functionality that was clearly documented.
- Issues resulting from user error or third-party integrations outside our control.
11.3 Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@layangtech.com with your account details and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
11.4 Service Cancellation
Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but does not automatically qualify for a refund. To cancel your subscription, log in to your account dashboard and follow the cancellation process, or contact our support team for assistance. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
11.5 Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you believe your case warrants special consideration for a refund outside our standard policy, please contact our customer service team with detailed information. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion.
